I still remember that day, walking into the gym for the first time. I had never seen anyone lifting weights before. Those guys were powerful-looking, huge, and strong. And it clicked - I wanted to be like Herakl - huge, strong, and powerful looking.
Starting Point (Age 18):
- Body weight: 132lbs (60kg) at 186cm tall
- Bench press: 99lbs (45kg)
- Squat: 198lbs (90kg)
- Goals: 440lbs bench, 661lbs deadlift, 551lbs squat
During my medical studies in anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, and nutrition, I was working out six days a week - constantly increasing weight.
But somehow, I barely was noticing any progress whatsoever.
I realized standard exercises didn't work for me, so I had to develop exercises myself. Twenty years later I reached my goals: 440.9lbs (200kg) bench press, 694.5lbs (315kg) deadlift, and 551lbs (250kg) squats without equipment.
