I still remember that day, walking into the gym for the first time. I had never seen anyone lifting weights before. Those guys were powerful-looking, huge, and strong. And it clicked - I wanted to be like Herakl - huge, strong, and powerful looking.

Starting Point (Age 18):

  • Body weight: 132lbs (60kg) at 186cm tall
  • Bench press: 99lbs (45kg)
  • Squat: 198lbs (90kg)
  • Goals: 440lbs bench, 661lbs deadlift, 551lbs squat

During my medical studies in anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, and nutrition, I was working out six days a week - constantly increasing weight.

But somehow, I barely was noticing any progress whatsoever.

I realized standard exercises didn't work for me, so I had to develop exercises myself. Twenty years later I reached my goals: 440.9lbs (200kg) bench press, 694.5lbs (315kg) deadlift, and 551lbs (250kg) squats without equipment.

The training system I developed was successfully applied by other athletes and family members, who reached great results way faster than I did - and I am certain you will too!

World Champion Powerlifter & App Developer

At fifteen, I discovered my calling: mathematics. I knew I would understand non-euclidean geometry and the secrets of the world order. 17 years later, I received a Ph.D. with the theme: "Boundary value problem on Riemann surfaces".

But I had another dream - I wanted to be a champion! However, doctors considered sports unsuitable and dangerous for me due to my health condition. Despite this, at 44 years old, I began training using my husband's system.

Eight years later: World Champion in Powerlifting

I trusted the plan and fell in love with it from the very first moment my fingers closed around a barbell. I experienced the training process not just as body change, but as a spiritual experience I had never felt before.

We reach our maximum power if body and soul find each other and unfold together.
