Please begin by providing your one-repetition maximum (1RM) values for the bench press, squat, and deadlift, along with anthropometric data such as body weight, age, and other relevant parameters. Based on this information, we will generate a personalized 12-week powerlifting training program tailored to your individual profile.

Step 2

Download our app for free. Right now, our app is available as a PWA (Progressive Web App). That means you can use it right in your browser and even install it to your home screen - no app store needed! It works just like a regular app, with fast loading and offline access.
